HADCO was founded in 1989 with its origins in agriculture irrigation. John Hadfield worked in farming related businesses in Idaho and Wyoming and later found success installing and servicing irrigation systems in Utah.
In 1994, HADCO Construction was formed and provides development support to home and commercial builders, as well as road construction services to regional, state and local transportation systems.

The company oversees infrastructure work including: road creation, paving subdivisions, lot development by digging basements, installing sewer lines, concrete, flatwork, foundation and miscellaneous water work.
The company operates TM Crushing LLC, a sand and gravel venture with six pits along the Wasatch Front of Utah. In an average year, the company will process in excess of one million tons of aggregate material.
