It Starts with Us
Our Story
Hadco Construction began as an irrigation company in 1989, finding early success installing and servicing irrigation systems across Utah. Recognizing a growing need for full-service residential construction, founder John Hadfield expanded the company in 1994—offering a one-stop shop so builders no longer had to coordinate with multiple contractors for every step of the process.
From those beginnings, Hadco grew quickly, taking on roadwork, mass excavation, and large-scale development projects. Today, we proudly serve communities all across the Wasatch Front—still locally owned, and still rooted in the values that built us.
Headquarters
Hadco Construction has been headquartered in Lehi, Utah for over 35 years and now employs more than 800 people. We operate eight divisions:

Hadco Construction also operates TM Crushing LLC, a leading sand and gravel operation with six active pits along the Wasatch Front. Each year we process over one million tons of premium aggregate to keep our projects and our partners supplied with the consistent, high-quality materials they need, right when they need them.
