Hadco Employees Gather to Make Their Piece of Utah Beautiful
LEHI, UTAH – Almost 500 Hadco Construction employees gathered together at Hadco headquarters to participate in the company annual cleanup on May 19, 2017.
For the past three years, Hadco Construction has designated a day each spring to clean and organize their part of Utah. During this event, almost 500 pairs of hands gather together to weed, pick up trash, and organize equipment around headquarters.
Jesus Gutierrez a Residential Superintendent explained, “The point of the Hadco Yard Cleanup is to remind our crews that we clean our own house. It also serves as a time for all divisions to come together and remind ourselves that we are one team that ‘Plays to Win’.”
The cleanup effort started at 7:00 a.m. and lasted for an hour. After all tasks were completed, all employees gathered together for a group picture and then enjoyed a Beto’s breakfast burrito before they headed off to work for the day.
“We are constantly working to make our culture the best it can be. We believe in improving our teamwork, customer and public relations, and creating the safest environment so we can all come back home to our families each night.”
Hadco Construction is a site excavation company based out of Lehi, Utah. The company, established in 1989, houses five different division including Development, Residential, Concrete, Trucking, and TM Crushing.
